Kathy Pauze, Office Administrator
Growing up in Connecticut and relocating to Massachusetts, I started my career in Banking. A short while later, it was my privilege to find a position with Dr. Weiss as his dental assistant. In the late 80’s I transitioned from the clinical to the business side of dentistry, combining my passions for healthcare and business. May 2012 began my 30th year at the Center for Pediatric Dental Care. I am proud of our practice commitments to teach and mentor. I lecture at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, The Massachusetts Dental Society, and other groups. I’m proud to say that every day our doctors and staff are truly amazing with children and parents. I am glad to be part of making this happen every day. In my free time I like to read, travel, and hike, especially in the Southwest US. My favorite locations are Bryce Canyon, Zion National Park, Havasu Falls, and THE Grand Canyon.
David Llewelyn, New Patient Coordinator and Administrative Assistant
As a dental assistant and administrative team member, I love sharing my talents with a team committed to creating a great atmosphere where children have positive dental experiences. Nothing is more gratifying than a child’s “Thank you,” high five or even a surprising hug after visiting our practice. Growing up in a dental household, I said I never wanted to go into this field, but life happens and here I am. I am grateful for the opportunity to be a member of this great team and am happy to share my warm and caring Midwest attitude with all of our great friends.
Ron Quimby, Scheduling Coordinator
Every day at our practice, I greet the kids as they arrive. Bringing a smile to even one of their faces fills me with joy. I truly feel that this practice is a magical place, where children come in happy, and leave even happier. I wish my own children could have had the opportunity to share in the great memories that are made here. My wife and I grew up in New Hampshire, but we have been in the Boston area for over twenty years. We are raising two amazing teenagers, and all four of us are avid campers.
Bernadette Hines, Scheduling Coordinator
There is nothing better than starting my day with a smiling child. I find joy in their innocence as they walk into our office with excitement and uncertainty, and Ron and I are able to engage and welcome them. Being a working Mom of three teenagers, I understand the challenges that most parents who come into our office face everyday. When I'm not working, I love spending time with my children Nicholas, Marissa, and Alexia. I can't forget my dog Bella and cat Gabi.
Nicole Supik, Business Assistant
I jointed the Center for Pediatric Dental Care in 2013, after living in Connecticut for a few years. While in Connecticut, I worked in dental insurance billing and have found a career that I love. My move to Boston gave me the opportunity to work at The Center for Pediatric Dental Care. This dental office is truly a great place with an inviting and amazing staff. I look forward to spending many years here.
Angie Pugliano, Registered Dental Hygienist
Helping kids have positive dental experiences is something I’m proud to have done for almost 30 years! It’s been a joy watching so many children grow up from age two through college. Over the years, I feel I’ve contributed to their health, and I have grown as a hygienist, as a person, and as a Mom. I have two teenage daughters and can relate to the families in the practice sharing my life experience with them. One daughter is a junior at Curry College in the nursing program, and my other daughter is beginning her college search as a high school senior. Dental hygiene has been a great profession for me as a Mom, and now that my children are older, I’m working on taking care of myself. I enjoy traveling, running (okay slow jogging) and yoga.

Cathryn Lubinski, Registered Dental Hygienist
I enjoy working with children because it enables me to teach good dental habits at an early age that will last a lifetime. I’ve been working at this office since 2006, first as a dental assistant while at Forsyth School of Dental Hygiene, and now as a hygienist. I love to travel, and enjoy outdoor activities. Originally from the Midwest, I’ve come to love Boston and call it my home.

Maria Rodriguez, Dental Assistant
It amazes me how a positive first dental experience can shape a child’s dental future. I truly enjoy working in our office. We have a great team filled with fun and professional individuals. Working in a pediatric practice gives us the opportunity to meet children at a young age and establish good habits. I love to work with kids, and that is the main reason I chose a pediatric office. I started working as a dental assistant about eight years ago, and I came to The Center For Pediatric Dental Care in July 2010. I mostly work with Dr Weiss, but I rotate when needed. I have the pleasure of having two beautiful twin girls who are my life. I love spending time with my friends and family.
Berto Castro, Dental Assistant
Tammy O'Hare, Dental Assistant
I love pediatric dentistry. I love having the chance to make a difference in a child's life because every child deserves a beautiful smile. I grew up in Conyers, GA. I joined the US Navy in 1994 and opened my world to dentistry. I have been a pediatric dental assistant for over 9 years, specializing with special needs children and adults. I am happily married to my husband Chris for over 16 years and we have two amazing kids Gavin 15 and Fallon 13. We also have a fuzzy baby our 4lb Chihuahua, Pedey, named after Dustin Pedroia of the Boston Red Sox.

I joined The Center for Pediatric Dental Care in 2011, and what I enjoy most about working here is how exciting every day is. I really enjoy working with the team. The warm faces of the children make this a very special place. They bring a smile to everybody’s face, and this makes the office feel like one big community. I am proud to know that we can make the dental office fun!
When I have free time, I love to spend time with my family and my lovely nephew. I like reading, traveling, and cooking “Asian” food.
