We have expanded our doctor and clinical team to assist you and enable us to give you and your child the appropriate time you deserve.

Administrative Team
	Kathy Pauze, office administrator, has worked with Dr. Weiss since 1982. Kathy lectures nationally to dentists and their staffs about office administration, and is a guest lecturer for the Mass Dental Society and at the local dental schools. Kathy hikes annually in the Southwest US. Her favorite locations are Bryce, Zion, Havasu Falls, and THE Grand Canyon.
	Maureen Ballante, scheduling coordinator, joined us in February 2001. "Forever" raising a family, Maureen has owned her own business and has worked in dentistry since 1997. She enjoys handwork, her family, and anything she can create for them and others.
	Beth Ballante, scheduling coordinator joined us in March 2001. Beth has a teenage daughter and enjoys spending time with her and her family, skiing, boating, and baseball.
	Nicole Chouangpraseuth, administrative coordinator, joined our team in June 2003. Nicole supervises the admin team members who assist in scheduling, insurance filings and practice promotions. She works out regularly and enjoys hiking, biking, and camping. Nicole was on our first place winning team in the 3 on 3 basketball tournament for the Brookline Teen Center. But most of all she loves to spend time with family and friends.
	Cate St. George, business assistant, joined our team in 2009. Cate assists with patient contact, insurance and our financial department. Originally from the Finger Lakes Region of New York, Cate graduated from the University of Albany in 2008 with a Bachelors of Science in Biology. Cate likes to bake and travel.

Hygiene Team
	Angie Pugliano, RDH, has been practicing with Dr. Weiss since 1983. She is an exceptional hygienist with an expertise in working with very young and special needs children. Her knowledge of pediatric dentistry is outstanding. Angie has two beautiful teenage daughters who keep her days full of activity.
	Hanna Cho, RDH, joined the team in September 2007. Hanna comes from Seattle where she has learned to love snowboarding and music. Hana is great with the kids. She also enjoys cooking and eating yummy food.
	Sarah Bacon, RDH, has been part of our team since 2007. Sara is a transplant from Vermont, but enjoys the city life. Sara's kind demeanor makes patients and their parents comfortable and welcome.
	Aubrey Beaudoin, RDH, joined our practice in 2009. Aubrey is a graduate of Forsyth School of Dental Hygiene and comes from a family of dentists. Aubrey has skills in dental assisting and is a great asset to our hygiene team.
	Cathryn Lubinsky, RDH, was a former dental assistant with our practice before attending Dental Hygiene school. From Wisconsin originally she has settled in Massachusetts and re-joined our practice. She is a warm, caring and dedicated provider who enjoys skiing and travel.
Clinical Assisting Team
	Maria Rodriguez, Dental Assistant, joined our practice in 2010. Maria has twin daughters and enjoys spending time with them, She loves music, dancing, and exploring new things.
	Myles Clancy, Dental Assistant, graduated from Anselm College in 2009 and is preparing for dental school. On his spare time he enjoys hockey, lacrosse and skiing.
	Chau Pham, Sterilization Tech/Dental Assistant, joined our practice in 2010. She enjoys her friends and family, reading, and taking long walks.
	David Llewelyn, Dental Assistant, is a recent transplant from the Midwest. Joining us in 2010, his warm and caring demeanor creates a comfortable environment for parents and children alike. In his free time David enjoys exploring new areas of Boston and New England, as well as cooking, music and art.
	Gilberto Castro, Dental Assistant, complements our clinical team. A New York Yankee fan, we still love him.
