Working at The Center for Pediatric Dental Care
We periodically have a need for new team members, dental assistants, dental hygienists, and dental administrative staff. While most positions are full time, we also have part time and shared positions.

Most dental staffs have no perception of how great working in a pediatric and orthodontic dental practice can be. Our practice is better than most dental practices, Period! We have blended delivering quality healthcare, running our practice as a business, and creating an environment for our staff and patients, to make a special practice that reflects our warm, caring team environment. Many of our staff members joined us after many years in general practice. Some dental staff are initially concerned that pediatric dentistry would be crazy and noisy with all those "crying children". Much to their surprise, they find that in our practice almost all children truly love our assistants, hygienists and dentists, are excited to come and see us, and that our philosophy of "Developing positive attitudes for a lifetime of healthy smiles" was practiced not just preached. Once they visit our practice, most want to be part of our team. We are unique! We run on time, take a full lunch hour and leave on time. We love the kids, like working with each other, are a family, and yes, WE LOVE OUR JOBS! We travel to dental meetings twice a year together, and have had the pleasure of visiting; Atlanta, Phoenix,Washington, DC, New Orleans, Nashville, Orlando, Seattle, San Francisco, San Diego, Chicago, Toronto, and many other fun cities.
