Dr. Weiss is the dentist for my 3 year old daughter. She had her first visit at 2 years old. Wow, this office is set up really well for children and all of the staff (office staff, hygienists, and Dr. Weiss) are just phenomenal with children particularly toddlers. They have a great system for keeping kids engaged and participating in the teeth cleaning and evaluation. They even sent my daughter home with a picture of herself and Dr. Weiss from our first visit so that we could talk with her before her second visit and prepare her for seeing Dr. Weiss. I think she really does enjoy her trips to the dentist which is a real relief for me. As you would expect from such a great practice, they are very busy - I scheduled her first appointment 4 months in advance. Now I just schedule the next 6 month appointment when we are leaving and can get an early morning appointment easily.

We've been going to him (Dr. Weiss) for 3 years. He is the lead dentist. The practice could not be more child friendly. They are very good with children with varying needs. They are very good at accommodating every child.

Dr. Weiss and his staff understand the business of providing service for kids, which is actually quite tricky. They know how to make it a not frightening and a not intimidating experience for both the kids, and their parents.

I really was amazed that my kids had such an easy time at their first two dental appointments. That office has it down to a science. Dr. Weiss was so friendly.

My daughter hasn't always seen him, but she has been going to his office from the beginning. She felt so comfortable with him and then with the staff that going to the dentist is never an issue. She was probably maybe eight when she needed a couple of teeth pulled and she didn't freak out because she feels secure there. They make it easy.

Our pediatrician had recommended the senior guy there - Dr, Weiss - but he is super booked so I went with Dr. Barton and he was amazing. Within a few minutes he had Isaac sitting comfortably in his chair while he cleaned his teeth and periodically held the suction to his mouth. All without one drop of crying!!! I would have never imagined such a thing. Isaac keeps saying "had fun at dentist!" I personally hadn't seen a child care professional as good as this guy! (Unfortunately he doesn't do babysitting:-).

This wonderful dental practice is focused on giving children a positive fun experience with dental care. It's not just the toys, stickers, mobiles, sunglasses and 20 flavors of fluoride paste: they have a deep and consistent philosophy of child-centered dental care. Dr. Weiss is brilliant at working with children. The staff is so child-focused that you may feel ignored! My 3-year-old daughter, who recently had a cavity filled, asks me when she can go back to the dentist and is very displeased that she has to wait a few months.
